For Martha Freymann Miser, “life continues to be full and fulfilling.” In addition to traveling and managing a big garden with her husband, Andy Miser, she manages a busy travel schedule. She and Andy recently did a "40 for 40" road trip -- 40 days on the road to celebrate 40 years married-- that produced some excellent selfies (see the gallery below). She also travels to spend time with their kids, Amanda, Carl and Christina and three grandkids, Caiden/4, Brody/9 and Ryland/3.
When Martha isn't having fun with her family, she's growing her coaching and consulting business. Visit AduroConsulting.net, and you’ll see why she’s so successful. Martha is an expert in leadership and change in business culture on any scale. Her clients – in healthcare, big pharma, financial services and many other industries – admire both her ability to marry her philosophy and methodology with complex business strategies and her focus on improving bottom-line performance.
These days, the beneficiaries of her expertise include Hamilton College. She’s been working with the college’s Levitt Leadership Institute, and this fall she’ll conduct the 2nd annual workshop for Hamilton students on institutional change. In April she also delivered the keynote at the annual alumni weekend. For Martha, this has been “a great year of reconnecting with the college.” I was also struck by her obvious joy in “sharing the history and legacy of Kirkland with students, faculty and staff.” The Kirkland legacy lives on, often in surprising ways.
