Reporting from the world of publishing, Kathryn Livingston K’75 continues to promote her 2014 memoir, “Yin, Yang, Yogini: A Woman’s Quest for Balance, Strength and Inner Peace.”  With yoga serving as a backdrop, Kathy’s book explores a two-year period in which she confronted enormous life challenges, beat back anxiety and illness, and reinvented herself.  You’ll find it on Amazon.

Promoting her 2014 memoir while starting a follow-up, a 40th anniversary trip to Paris, two weddings...  This is going to require a lot of deep breathing and serene contemplation.  If anyone can do this, it's Kathy.

Promoting her 2014 memoir while starting a follow-up, a 40th anniversary trip to Paris, two weddings...  This is going to require a lot of deep breathing and serene contemplation.  If anyone can do this, it's Kathy.

Working with her literary agent, Amy Schiffman K’77, Kathy is now working on a follow-up book – while teaching Kundalini yoga classes and working on a plan for her 40th anniversary trip to Paris with her husband Mitch.  This will require deft scheduling, since two of her three sons just got engaged and weddings are coming up.  Her boys are a diverse bunch – with the eldest in IT, the next in architecture (with a brand new license) and the youngest composing a career in music.
