You’ve already read in the Alumni Review and here on the class website that Laura Tenney retired from her veterinary practice and turned her attention to “some more creative pursuits – playing flute, quilting, and my latest passion, creating fabric landscapes.” Well, with her son away this summer harvesting wheat and soybeans with a traveling harvesting crew, she spent a lot of time on a tractor making hay on the family beef farm.

“I still need some work on backing up with an implement attached!  I'm not convinced you can teach this old dog that new trick.  Meanwhile, I'm thoroughly loving this new chapter, and I feel grateful to still have the health and energy to look forward to each new day.”
